Sales
The primary objective of this role is of managing the sales function for the Houseware/Furniture/Preforms/Closures business vertical as a profit center. The individual is expected to achieve sales growth and profitability in driving business, in line with company vision and values.
The individual will need to follow the sales strategy and sales management in order to maximize profitability. The person will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and market research activities.
Finance
The role is to work with the accounts team and will have responsibility for all financial planning, banking, forecasting, control, and sales MIS support within the organization.
To focus on maintaining cash transactions. Preparing sales, customers and debtor analysis reports for effective decision making.
Accounts
The Accountant will keep financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information. The Accountant must be familiar with accounting procedures and should have experience with ERP like Tally.
The ideal candidate will be able to process business transactions, handle accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, receipts, and other financial matters. Proven accounting experience required.
Human Resources
The individual will handle the HR operations and HR duties of the organization. The person will work on recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing.
In addition, he/she will assist with coordination, interview scheduling, and follow up and policy implementation.
Administration
The individual is expected to ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
The individual will need to direct, control, and supervise the support services of the organization to facilitate its success. The person will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies, manage building and maintenance issues, coordinate with staff, and other duties as assigned by Management.
Information Technology
To assist in creating processes and performing tasks needed to maintain the overall integrity of windows or the native environment. To support and maintain the company’s IT and MIS architecture. To administer up to 80 workstations as well as servers, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
Warehouse
The individual will supervise all activities of the warehouse. These include receiving, storing, and supplying goods, as well as efficiently handling manpower.
The individual is to streamline all warehouse activities to ensure optimum space utilization, seamless supply, orderly storage to facilitate physical stock count and minimize warehouse damages.
Production
The individual will be responsible for all production activities on the factory floor. It will be his responsibility to ensure all manpower and machines are being utilized to maximum efficiency levels with minimum downtime.
Shift Operations
The individual will be responsible to support the Production manager for all production activities on the shop floor. It will be his responsibility to supervise machine operators to ensure machines are up and running.
Maintenance
The individual will supervise and manage the maintenance activity for production related equipment including but not limited to injection moulding machines, moulds, hot runner systems, diesel and gas generators, air compressors, scrap grinders, cooling towers and water pumps for the entire plant.
Quality Control
The individual will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results. He will ensure that the business’ products conform to standards.
